A new first agreement has been settled with L-3 Com. Vertex for its Tomball, TX Customs and Border Patrol Unit.
Highlights of this first agreement:

- Company paid Life and AD&D Insurance and STD coverage
- Company 401(K) plan with up to $,000.00 Company contribution into plan
- Uniform and shoe allowance
- TDY with a $32.00 Travel Incentive Pay
- Grievance and binding Arbitration process
- Increased PPT carryover
- Paid Rx safety glasses
- Establishment of minimum AWD rates for all employees with a 4% - 3% wage increases
There are 19 employees in the bargaining unit of which our membership voted 14 to 0 to accept the proposed agreement.
