bargaining. The Government Employees Department is responsible for
responding to the volumes of changes that occur in the federal
sector. The Department keeps Federal Employees, their elected leadership, and full-time staff abreast of those changes and provides the services to ensure the economic well being and quality of work life of federal employees. |
