Meet The Staff of Government Employees

Federal employees work under a constrained system of rules, regulations and executive orders that severely limit their scope of bargaining. The Government Employees Department is responsible for responding to the volumes of changes that occur in the federal sector.

The Department keeps Federal Employees, their elected leadership, and full-time staff abreast of those changes and provides the services to ensure the economic well being and quality of work life of federal employees.
