Periodic Reviews and Assessments

HPWO Partnerships Department staff can schedule regular reviews of the partnership and provide assistance and insight to help the partnership grow and flourish.

Partnership Development

HPWO Partnerships Department staff can help labor and management develop their partnership structure, vital functions and implementation plan

Workforce Surveys

The HPWO Partnerships Department staff can help the labor-management partnership develop, deliver and analyze workforce surveys. Through the use of a survey, the leaders of the partnership can evaluate their next steps and identify areas for improvement. Equipment (laptops) can be brought to the site to perform the survey, or on-site computers can be used, all that is needed is an internet connection. Survey results are available the day after such a survey is completed.
