Today, Thursday, April 1, 2010, is the last day to receive the reduced room rate for the IAM’s 2010 Legislative Conference. This year’s event will be held May 10-13 at the Hyatt Regency in Washington, DC. To make your room reservation, contact the Hyatt Regency directly at 202-737-1234.
Registration starts at 9:00 Monday morning, May 10, through 12:30 pm; and then again Tuesday morning, from 8:00 to 9:00.
The Conference begins Monday, May 10, at 1:30 pm, with opening remarks by IAM Headquarters General Vice President Rich Michalski, followed by the keynote address from International President Tom Buffenbarger. General Sessions will be held Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 am to 12:00 Noon. Afternoon sessions are not held those days so that delegates may lobby on Capitol Hill.
