Three major airports link Washington, D.C. with the rest of the country and the world. Ronald Reagan National Airport, Washingotn Dulles International Airport, and Baltimore-Washington Airport all have limo, cab, or Metro services available that will connect with the National Mall.
Car
Interstate 395 provides access to the Mall from the south. Interstate 495, New York Avenue, Rock Creek Parkway, George Washington Memorial Parkway, and the Cabin John Parkway provide access from the North. Interstate 66, U.S. Route 50 and 29 provide access from the West. U.S. Routes 50, 1, and 4 provide access from the East. There is limited handicapped parking at the Lincoln and FDR memorials, otherwise parking is extremely scarce in Washington, D.C.

Conventions cannot be booked via Internet. Please be sure to refer to Convention Fare Code X02P-915when making your reservation. This offer is not valid on Auto Train. Fare is valid on Amtrak Regional and Acela service for all departures seven days a week, except for holiday blackouts. Offer valid with Sleepers, Business Class or First Class seats with payment of the full applicable accommodation charges.
Groups of 20 or more paying passengers traveling together are eligible to receive a 20% discount. Parking
Parking/Bus & Motorcoach Information
Motor Coach (bus) / Recreational Vehicle parking for the Day of Action are available at Union Station for a fee. The fee to park from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm is $20.00 and all buses must not exceed a 13 foot clearance. Form of payment includes cash, check, money order or credit card upon arrival. All day parking reservations may be made to guarantee your bus parking space for a fee of $50.00. To request and make a reservation, please fax “Mike” at 202-898-1955.
Daily bus spaces will be available on a first come, first serve basis. We ask that you please plan accordingly. Parking garage access is available from Massachusetts Avenue, NE – from a ramp on the East side of Union Station and from H Street, NE, Washington DC.
Buses will drop off and pick up participants at the Washington Mall and park at Union Station during the demonstration. Amtrak, Marc and Metro train access is available from this location. The participants drop off location is 7th Street and the Washington Mall between Jefferson and Madison Drives.

Parking/Public Transit
Parking throughout the District of Columbia is restricted generally (see individual area signs for site specific closures/restrictions) from 12:00 to 6:00 am to facilitate cleaning and maintenance.
Washington DC is a very busy metropolitan area. Parking is at a premium throughout the entire city. It is highly recommended that you make use of the efficient public transit system (Metro rail and Metro Bus) as well as Tourmobile, the official interpretive visitor transportation service for the National Mall & Memorial Parks. Information and schedules for Metro can be found at www.wmata.com.
Private paid parking garages and lots can be found downtown north of the National Mall. Free on street parking is generally restricted to two hours (ticketing/towing enforced). Limited free day long parking is available along Ohio Drive SW which is along the Potomac River south of the Lincoln Memorial or in Lots A, B & C south and west of the Jefferson Memorial.

There are several metro train routes from the suburban areas surrounding the city.
