Senate panel rejects GOP bid to undercut NLRB

WASHINGTON -- Republicans on a Senate panel have failed in an effort to undercut the National Labor Relations Board's case against Boeing Co.

South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham tried to take away the NLRB's authority to tell a company where it can locate work.
