The annual rate renewal meeting for the Railroad Employees National Health and Welfare Plan (the "Plan") was held in Washington, D.C., on October 27, 2009, at which time payment rates for 2010 were established. Rail Labor (the Cooperating Railway Labor Organizations (CRLO) as a Joint Policyholder participated in the annual rate-setting meeting on an equal footing with the railroads. The cost-sharing amount for 2010 will be $200 per month.
