Members at IAM Local Lodge 439 who work at Hugo Boss Cleveland, Inc. have elected to strike effective 12:01 AM, Saturday, October 20, 2007 after rejecting their employer’s final offer last Thursday. Seven IAM Members work in the maintenance department at Hugo Boss.
District Lodge 54 is planning a large rally to support the efforts of this small unit. The rally will be held in front of the plant on Wednesday, October 24, 2007 from the hours of 2 PM to 6 PM. District 54 is asking for assistance at the rally and to help man the picket line at the facility.
