Classic Auto Show and Motorcycle Run
The IAM Midwest Territory and Guide Dogs of America are proud to announce the "Spirit of the Midwest" Rides for Guides on May 15 & 16, 2010.
The weekend of events began in 2009 and has become an annual series of events held in the St. Louis metro area.
We would like to thank all the sponsors and participants for the generous donations to this worthy cause. This was a significant undertaking that would have not been possible without the hard work and dedication of members and staff from IAM District 9 members, IAM District 837 and the Midwest Territory.
All of these events will show a devotion of pride and dedication by everyone, while providing the opportunity to contribute to a worthy cause, Guide Dogs of America. GDA does not receive any federal or state funding support. GDA was started by a blind Machinist and was incorporated in 1948. Since that time, GDA has helped more than 2,000 blind and visually impaired men and women free of charge.
