When the television show Extreme Makeover chose the Cowan-Brown family in Miami County, Indiana for the show, Schneider Electric and IAM Local 2069 stepped in to help the family.
Our members make electrical components that will be used to re-model the Cowan-Brown home.

Schneider Electric has worked with Local 2069 so that numerous volunteer members of the local could help with the project.
The 6-year old daughter, Kori Cowan, was diagnosed with congenital blood disease affecting her immune system. She has developed polyps which doctors believe may be a result of environmental issues and mold in the family home. The young girl has endured 17 operations because of the painful growths.
The family will go on vacation to Disneyland while their home is rebuilt.
