Members Accept First Contract at DynCorp
On December 6th, IAM members who work for DynCorp at the Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix, AZ ratified their 1st CBA. The highlights are as follows:
30 month CBA expiring July 31, 2006 (the anniversary date is changing to Oct. 1 from Feb. 1)
Wages: Current 2/1/07 2/1/08 2/1/09
$22.01 $27.03 $27.98 $28.96
H & W: 2/1/07 - $365.00 Bi-Weekly ($4.56/hr)
2/1/08 - $405.00 Bi-Weekly ($5.06/hr)
2/1/09 - $445.00 Bi-Weekly ($5.56/hr)
Excess monies to be paid to employees.
IAM Pension: 2/1/07 - $.80/hr
2/1/08 - $1.00/hr
2/1/09 - $1.20/hr
Lead pay - $1.50/hr differential
Uniforms: $200.00 per year or Company will furnish 5 pants and 6 shirts, plus a boot allowance of $85.00 per year
Vacations: 0-5 years = 2 Weeks
5-12 years = 3 Weeks
4 weeks after 12 years
