Gary Allen - General Vice President

Gary Allen is the General Vice President assigned to the Western Territory. The Western Territory includes thirteen states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.

Robert "Bobby" Martinez - Administrative Assistant

Bobby Martinez joined IAM Local 933 in Tucson, AZ, when he hired into Hughes Aircraft (now Raytheon), as an Electronic Technician in 1985.

Claudio Figueroa - Grand Lodge Representative

Claudio has been on the Grand Lodge staff since 1989.

Don Whitaker - Grand Lodge Representative

GLR Bud Michel joined the IAM in 1977, when he started as a Maintenance Machinist for National Steel and Shipbuilding in San Diego, CA.

Ray Rivera - Grand Lodge Representative

Brother Ray Rivera joined the IAM in 1978 and is a Journeyman Tool and Die Maker by trade.

Maria Santigo Lillis - Grand Lodge Representative

Sister Maria Santiago Lillis became an Organizer for the IAM at Local Lodge 1998 in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1996.

Joel Ochoa - Grand Lodge Representative

Brother Joel Ochoa has been a member of Local Lodge 727N since 1991.

Mike Wardle - Grand Lodge Representative

Brother Wardle became a member of IAM Local Lodge 1020 in August of 1978.

Steve Cooper - Grand Lodge Representative/Organizer

Brother Cooper hired into Hughes Aircraft in 1982 and became a member of Local Lodge 933.

Kevin Cummings - Grand Lodge Representative

Brother Cummings is a precision Mold Maker by trade, serving an apprenticeship under the Teamsters in Detroit. He joined the IAM in 1988.

Rod Weigand - Grand Lodge Representative

Brother Weigand was appointed Grand Lodge Special Representative by GVP Lee Pearson, effective June 1, 2004.

Marie Box - Education Representative

Sister Box joined the Territory staff as Education Representative, effective May 1, 2001.

Patricia Valencia - Confidential Secretary

Trish joined the staff of the IAM’s Western Territory in December of 2009, as the Confidential Secretary to GVP Gary R. Allen.

Dolores 'Dee' Sullivan - Administrative Secretary

Dee began working for the IAM in 1975.

Kathy Schmidt - Administrative Secretary

Kathy joined IAM's Western Territory in June of 2006.
