The IAMAW’s Employment Services Department was established by the Executive Council in April 2003 to provide support to IAM districts, locals and members who are facing layoffs. The department offers a resources website and printed material regarding important issues such as healthcare options, job search information and other helpful items for dislocated workers.

Our mission is to educate our membership so they can make the right choices and transition themselves and their families for the future. We aspire to serve our brothers and sisters more efficiently each and every day by quickly providing our members with relevant and up-to-date information.
