Employment Services The IAM’s Department of Employment Services is a newly formed department of the International established by the Executive Council to provide employment-related information to IAM districts, locals and members. The department will offer to administer an independent temporary and/or permanent major medical insurance program to help as many of our dislocated members and their families as possible.
