Women & Human Rights Deparment The Women's and Human Rights Department demonstrates the IAM's commitment to women and minorities and further defines their dedication to ensuring civil and human rights for all our members in the United States and Canada. This department stands ready to provide the awareness, education and training necessary to ensure a discrimination and harassment free work environment for all IAM members. To help accomplish these goals, we work with like-minded organizations to bring women and human rights issues to the forefront on a national and global level.
