NMB Affirms Flight Attendant Election Results

“Although we are disappointed with the Board’s decision, we respect its determination,” said General Vice President Sito Pantoja. “The IAM is honored to have represented Continental and Continental Micronesia Flight Attendants. We are very proud of the many accomplishments we achieved together, including contracts that continue to set the Flight Attendant standard in overall compensation, job security, flexibility and pension benefits.”

“Although our representation of Continental and Continental Micronesia Flight Attendants has ended, our record of achievements live on,” Pantoja said. “We must all now focus our efforts on making United Airlines a better place to work. The IAM will work cooperatively with the AFA-CWA and other unions at United Airlines to obtain collective bargaining agreements that will lead to more secure and prosperous futures for all workers at United Airlines.”
