he Young Machinists of LL 63 wanted to give back this holiday season.
When one young machinists, Jessica Hart Deming, suggested working with Labor Community Services, the others were quick to agree.
Local Lodge 63 in Gladstone, Oregon, has a long standing alliance with Labor Community Services. This year, they needed help putting bikes together for needy children. With their tools and skills, the Young Machinists joined other members of LL 63 to construct all the bikes. They finished with the satisfaction of knowing many kids will have smiles on their faces Christmas morning.
