As Young Machinists become more involved in our union, they are embracing our commitment to equality. Some of the IAM young workers showed that commitment through activism by joining the Women’s March in their area. It may have been a “Women’s March” but it encompassed the values that young people envision for themselves. They realize that together, we are stronger and the rights won for women will reflect back to enhance everyone’s quality of life.
