The first IAM Committee on the Future (COTF) listening session will be on Tuesday, May 2 from 7 to 9 p.m. at IAM Local 1297 (930 Grove Ave., Ashland, OH 44805).

The Committee on the Future was established to listen to IAM members and propose new ideas to help grow our union and develop the next generation of IAM leaders and activists. It is comprised of members who equally represent the Local, District and Grand Lodge levels of our union. They are traveling across the U.S. and Canada to hold listening sessions to hear from IAM members.
Quickly following the Cleveland kick-off, the next COTF listening session will be on Thursday, May 4 in Wichita, KS.
