The 2025 IAM Transportation Conference will be held from June 23 to June 26, 2025, at the Caesars Palace Hotel in Las Vegas, with registration kicking off on Sunday, June 22. This major event will bring delegates and staff from the airline and railroad industries as we focus on “Building a Better Tomorrow” in Transportation. Hotel reservations must be completed no later than May 5, 2025, to receive the guaranteed rate. After that, all reservation requests will be confirmed subject to room availability.
The transportation conference is a combined meeting of delegates and staff from the US and Canada. These Members work primarily in the airline and railroad industries. Everyone will participate in the conference’s general sessions and committees, including this year’s new Young Workers Committee. These sessions and committees are established to address topics of mutual concern and consider industry-related issues. When the work of the committees has been completed, they will report back to the conference so that every delegate will be involved in shaping our future goals.
If you were selected as a delegate by your local and have not received information to register, please reach out to your local leadership immediately. Each delegate should have received a personalized email invitation from GVP Richie Johnsen with a link to complete their registration and book their hotel room for the conference.
