The IAM Retirees & Membership Services Department recently conducted a week-long class at the William Winpisinger Education and Technology Center in Maryland to help members build retiree clubs at the district and local levels, an action plan that would boost retiree activism, provide resources for them and increase mentorship of younger union members.
