Brothers and Sisters,
I wanted to take this opportunity to recognize and thank you for your solidarity over these difficult weeks. We appreciate the fact that you have stood strong together, and we ask you to continue to do so as we work on your behalf to secure a fair contract. Even if the Company fails to recognize your value, your Union does.
As you know, you are striking to protest the Company’s unfair labor practices. It is the Union’s position that, because you are unfair labor practice strikers, the Company cannot permanently replace you. We will file a charge today with the National Labor Relations Board to protest this additional unlawful and bad faith conduct by the Company.
