Although April 4th marks how far women collectively needed to work in 2017 to catch up to what men were paid in 2016, July 31st marks the day in which black women will need to work to in 2017 to make what men made in 2016. Because Black and Hispanic women face an even larger wage gap, they need to work further into 2017 to catch up. November 2nd will mark the day when Hispanic Women will finally have made as much a men the previous year.
