VOTING DAY SET!

Congrats! Your union representation election is scheduled for September 25, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM ET in the second floor conference room, 825 E. Market St.

This is a great achievement and a wonderful opportunity for all SAIC Air Traffic Controller Trainers to have your voices heard loud and clear regarding your collective futures. By winning this election and gaining the right to collective bargaining, you will have the right and opportunity to negotiate (with the full support of the IAM Union) and vote on your terms of employment. As you know, without collective bargaining rights, SAIC management writes all the rules and has all the power.

This is why they will do their best to dissuade you from voting for a union. SAIC management knows the value of having total control and, for obvious reasons, they do not want to cede that power.

To ensure that the vote is fair, we ask that you please take a few minutes to look over the brochures in the below links, so you can gain a better understanding of what your rights are during this process, some of the cookie-cutter arguments that SAIC management may use to dissuade you from voting to form a union and general information regarding the IAM Union.
