The results of the 2010 IAM Photo Contest are in and the winners are:
Benjamin Castic of Local Lodge 41 in St. Louis, MO, won first place for his photo “Crankin’ It Up!” that shows Robert Eddleman at work at a vertical boring mill. Peter Ng of Local Lodge 764 in Richmond, BC, Canada, took second place with his photo “A Misty Morning Departure” that showed Peter Richardson and Dean Storey dispatching an aircraft. Terry Wasson of Local Lodge 898 at Vance Air Force Base in Oklahoma took third place with his photo “Maintaining a Supersonic Jet Trainer” that shows Charles McPhail working on a T-38 Talon.
Honorable Mention winners include John Rankin of Local Lodge 2339H; Bonnie Polster of Local Lodge 1260; David B. Cummins of Local Lodge 2003; Stéphane Champagne of Local Lodge 2727; Donald Peterson of Local Lodge 1487; Larry Wilson of Local Lodge 733; Carl Root of Local Lodge 447; Josh LeMay of Local Lodge 31 and John Keisler of Local Lodge 47.
Winning photographs will be included in the 2011 IAM Calendar. Two dollars from each calendar sold are donated to Guide Dogs of America.
