Winning a Wimpy is a good thing. The IAM recognized excellence in labor communications at its Communications Conference (CommCon) in Nevada. The ceremony took place June 6 in front of communicators from across North America, who learned it is okay to be like Wimpy, which was the nickname of the late William W. Winpisinger, former International President of the IAM.
