The IAM Committee on the Future, made up of IAM members and representatives from across North America, has been traveling the U.S. and Canada to gather member suggestions on how to continue to improve the 135-year-old union. The group met this week at the IAM’s William W. Winpisinger Center in Maryland to finalize a report that will soon be given to the IAM Executive Council. IAM Resident General Vice President Brian Bryant kicked off the meeting as the committee nears its final stage.
