“Brotherhood Outdoors” TV Series into Second Season

The Union Sportsmen’s Alliance TV series “Brotherhood Outdoors” is now into its second season of exciting episodes showing union men and women on hunting and fishing adventures of a lifetime, all across North America. The unique show was awarded the 2011 Sportsman Choice Award as best combination show (hunting and fishing).

You can catch new episodes of “Brotherhood Outdoors” on the Sportsman Channel on Thursdays at 8 p.m. (ET), and watch repeats on Thursdays at 11 p.m. (ET), Fridays at 1 p.m. (ET) and Mondays at 6 a.m. (ET).

“There is just something right about this show,” says show host and noted outdoorsman Tom Ackerman. “The guests are hardworking Americans who share a love of the outdoors and have gone the extra mile in their community, at home or on the job.”

Ackerman usually hosts, but sometimes the tables are turned, and it’s the union member who acts as guide, taking Ackerman to their choice fishing or hunting spot. IAM Local 839 member Brett Graham of Wichita, KS got to do just that last season, taking Ackerman to his favorite waterfowl hunting site.

“If you haven’t sent in an application to be on this show, then you are missing an amazing opportunity to have a chance to be a part of something that is truly special, and you will regret not trying to do so,” advises Graham.
