You can still register for the June 26-July 1, 2016 Federal Employees Collective Bargaining Program at the IAM’s Winpisinger Education and Technology Center. The deadline for the class has been extended until Friday, May 13.
The program will involve training in areas specific to the federal sector such as collective bargaining, the Hatch Act and legislative action, Prohibited Personnel Practices, Unfair Labor Practice and grievance handling, arbitration and an overview of the Federal Labor Relations Act (FLRA).
This program will be helpful to stewards, officers and business representatives who serve members in the federal sector.
