Delegates elected to represent their local lodges at the IAM’s 38th Grand Lodge Convention in Toronto, Ontario, Canada are reminded to send their hotel reservation and travel forms directly to Grand Lodge to be received by July 21, 2012.
Forms should be mailed to the Office of the General Secretary-Treasurer, IAM & AW, 9000 Machinists Place, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772; or sent via FAX to (301) 967-4588.
The forms are included with the package of information sent to each delegate from General Secretary-Treasurer Robert Roach, Jr. Should you have any questions, please call Kristin Moore in the GST’s Department at (301) 967-4546.
The Convention begins Sunday, September 9, 2012, at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.
