The Collective Bargaining Department also represents IAM members across the United States employed under agreements administered by the Metal Trades Department of the AFL-CIO. The Collective Bargaining Department provides Bargaining information, Jurisdictional support, as well as manpower to help negotiate the best possible agreements.
