The Woodworker’s District and Local Lodge Leadership will be holding a Forest Products Planning Meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 27- 31, 2014. The meeting will consist of several topics and learning objectives.
There will be speakers from the Legal, Strategic Resources, Organizing, and Communications Departments. Other presentations are being planned including a speaker from (SFI) Sustainable Forestry Initiative and we will have discussions and workshop sessions for collective and coordinated bargaining.
The Forest Products Planning Meeting will be a great learning experience. This is a unique opportunity to spend time with fellow woodworkers and exchange ideas. The Woodworkers Department sincerely urges all of you to plan your time and budgets to join us for what we know will be a rewarding experience.
