In these uncertain times, we want to make our union density work to the advantage of all our Wood, Pulp and Paper Workers. Upon closer examination, we find our forest product industries have a very defined union presence in very distinct areas of the country and we need each other.
Unifying our organizing activity can work across our territorial and industrial communities, taking into account the diversity of our workforces. All of our efforts in organizing are connected with and complimented by efforts in collective bargaining and political lobbying, too. Our common existence enables us to share resources and information for organizing, membership, education, training and representation. National support and collaboration in organizing, along with local focus among ourselves can work towards negotiating some certainty into new and better contracts for all Wood, Pulp and Paper 
Workers.
