Seventy-five percent of District 141’s membership at Hawaiian Airlines ratified a four-year agreement that provides immediate wage increases of five percent, followed by raises of four percent, three percent and three percent in each successive year of the agreement. Additional paid holidays, no increases for health care premiums and a voluntary separation package were also part of the new accord. District 141 represents 1,245 employees at Hawaiian in airport customer service, ramp, reservations, schedule planning, purchasing, records and crew scheduling positions.
