July 25, 2006 – The NLRB made the following details available July 7 after a conference call and ruling regarding a brief filed by AK Steel in another frivolous attempt to delay the voting process.
The election will be a manual election (walk-in balloting), not a mail in ballot election.
The election will be held over two days, dates and times as follows:
| Wednesday July 26 | 3:00 PM Until 8:00 PM |
| Thursday July 27 | 7:00 AM Until 1:00 PM |
The election will be held at:
