Your IAM CBC Negotiation Committee arrived in Louisville, KY on Saturday evening and began meeting on Sunday morning August 4, 2019. Local Lodges 912, 1916, 439, 78 negotiating committees were all present at the meeting. Also attending the meeting were representatives from IBEW.
Your committee prepared proposals and discussions on Healthcare, (i.e. Option 1, Option 2, Option 3, Premium Share, Deductible,) Wage & COLA, Overtime, ACRC.
The committee will be meeting with GE Company management starting mid-afternoon on Sunday August 4, 2019.
The committee will be working hard to bring the membership a fair and equitable contract worthy of your hard dedicated work. Updates will be sent as meetings progress.
