With Mechanic and Related negotiations approaching at Air Wisconsin Airlines, IAM-represented mechanics from the carrier convened at the William W. Winpisinger Education Center to prepare for the upcoming round of collective bargaining with the regional carrier.

Taking the Center’s popular Negotiation Preparation for Bargaining Committee program, the Air Wisconsin negotiating committee had a jam-packed week with classes as varied as Team Dynamics, Power Analysis, Strategic Planning, Bargaining Trends and the Railway Labor Act. Representatives from the IAM National Pension Plan briefed the committee as did representatives from the National Mediation Board.

The IAM represents more than 200 Mechanic and Related employees at Air Wisconsin Airlines.
