Please also remember there are resources available for everyone. The National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline can be reached by dialing 988. You can also text 988 or 988lifeline.org to get resources via text. In life threatening situations, call 911. More information is available here.
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration also has a great list of “Strategies for Supporting Your Mental Health” particularly through the holidays. There are also many other links and resources on their website.
