Committee on Future Hears from Pacific Northwest Membership: The Committee on the Future (COTF) held four listening sessions in Washington State, making stops in Everett, Auburn, and Renton. IAM members from as far as Hawaii joined the conversation, offering ideas of how to strengthen our union, including ways to engage better and communicate with the younger workforce.
