Dozens of IAM members joined Delta fleet service workers in downtown Atlanta to march with other unions and labor activists to honor the life and legacy of civil rights leader Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The signs they held carried a message as loud as their chants heard channeling down the street lined with supporters. Delta workers demand that Delta Air Lines management respect their right to organize and stop union busting. IAM members and Delta workers will continue the conversation as they canvas the Atlanta area. They will speak to other Delta workers in the spirit of Dr. King’s legacy and fight for workers’ rights.
