Building on the momentum of the inaugural IAM Educators’ Conference, held in March 2023 at the William W. Winpisinger Education and Technology Center in Hollywood, Maryland, we are offering quarterly opportunities throughout the year for IAM members to attend virtual Education Circles. These were developed to continue our work advancing and strengthening the IAM’s long commitment to building power through member education and training.
The second round of Education Circles will be held mid-June with three scheduled time slots to choose from. Participants will discuss any training members have been doing since the convention, developing and implementing best practices, and handling any hurdles encountered while doing so. Each session will last one hour. All sessions are Eastern Standard Time. Please register for the session you wish to attend:
Wednesday, June 19 at 7 p.m. ET
Saturday, June 22 at 10 a.m. ET
Education Circles are open to all member-activists in good standing looking to contribute to the education of our membership.
