As you may know, a National Labor Relations Board region recently found merit in the IAM’s complaint that Boeing leaders violated federal labor laws when they fired workers for their support of the union.
Our correspondence to Muilenburg also urges company officials to start negotiating a first contract for the Flight Line workers who last year won an election for IAM representation.
Boeing is challenging the election results despite the NLRB Regional Director’s ruling that the collective bargaining group of 176 Flight Line workers meets the requirements of an appropriate unit under the National Labor Relations Act.
