The registration deadline has been extended to Friday, April 29 for the Federal Employees Collective Bargaining Program, to be held June 26 – July 1, 2016 at the William W. Winpisinger Education and Technology Center in Hollywood, MD.
The program will involve training in areas specific to the federal sector such as collective bargaining, the Hatch Act and legislative action, Prohibited Personnel Practices, Unfair Labor Practice and grievance handling, arbitration and an overview of the Federal Labor Relations Act (FLRA).
This program will be helpful to stewards, officers and business representatives who serve members in the federal sector.
