The Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) honored ten women for demonstrated leadership abilities, commitment to diversity and inclusion, advocacy for other women and support of historically underutilized businesses in both the public and private sectors. Rep. Tammy Duckworth of Illinois received the Lifetime Achievement Award.
