Rep. John Conyers of Michigan and Rep. Frederica Wilson of Florida have established a new Full Employment Caucus in Congress to help end the high rate of unemployment.  The caucus will identify solutions to the current crisis and advocate new legislation, such as the Humphrey Hawkins Full Employment and Training Act.  The caucus, which includes 15 founding members, will tackle some of the same issues as UCubed, the Union of Unemployed, which began as an IAM Community Service Project.
