IAM District Lodge 19 dedicated an historic locomotive bell to the Buffenbarger Library at the William W. Winpisinger Education & Technology Center in Hollywood, Maryland. The bell was donated by the Weldon Granger Family and restored by District 19 members of the Roanoke Locomotive Shop in Virginia. Â A delegation from DL 19 was on hand for the dedication ceremony, which took place November 2.
