You won’t believe what Mechanics Local 701 members have had to deal with during a strike and later lockout at Piemonte Chevrolet in East Dundee, IL, just outside Chicago. They say they’ve dealt with a bobcat bulldozer, water hoses and other attacks. The mechanics want to go back to work and hope the company will agree to a fair first contract. They originally went on strike in July 2014.
