Armelle Seby is the Gender & White Collar Workers Director at IndustriALL, a labor federation based in Switzerland representing 50 million workers worldwide. Seby is a longtime fighter for women’s rights and says she’s impressed by an IAM program called Leadership Excellence Assembly of Dedicated Sisters, also known as IAM LEADS, which recruits woman Machinists to be top-level union leaders.
