Hundreds of Machinists marched from the Hilton Atlanta Downtown to the Georgia State Capitol on the last day of the 2013 Staff Conference to commemorate the 125th Anniversary of the founding of the IAM. Staff also traveled to Grant Park to dedicate a new plaque on a statue of IAM Founder & President Tom Talbot and laid a wreath on the site. Local Lodge 709 later hosted an anniversary celebration to close out the historic day.
