The Machinists Union recently welcomed more than 2,400 new members, as Local Lodge 1231 was chartered to represent Personal Service Workers in the Toronto area. A group of new leaders took part in the Leadership I program at the IAM’s William W. Winpisinger Education and Technology Center.
