Aleksandar Zuza and Erica Sjölander, of the Swedish labor union IF Metall, visited IAM Headquarters to learn about organizing and collective bargaining practices in the United States. They say perceptions about American manufacturing are distorted in Europe, so department heads met with them to set the record straight about the true labor landscape in the USA.
